Ellie Foreman is one of our Event Managers. Her favourite event so far was a seaside wedding, held in a beautiful tepee tent complete with firepit to roast marshmallows on.
The menu was designed to reflect the seaside theme, including a delicious seaside dish of beer battered monkfish. The evening ended with live music and dancing, as well as the biggest cheese table Ellie’s ever seen!
Ellie’s desert island item would be the humble potato, simply because it’s so versatile. Chips, crisps, roast potatoes, mash, jacket potatoes… the list is endless!
Ellie’s last supper would start off with a nice charcuterie board and then for main it has to be spaghetti vongole followed by affogato, with wines to match each course.
