What made us go WOW...

The team have been buzzing with excitement after being shortlisted for Caterer of the Year at the Event Awards 2013. The award ceremony at the Roundhouse on 4th October is an eagerly anticipated evening in any event professional’s calendar.  

But first we just had an epic tasting to get through on 4th September where we bought all of the ideas in our application to life…to say we were excited is an understatement!

The Tasting

We served up a fantastic Alice inspired menu, from starters to our special Tea Party Shower Curtain Desert.

The story began by ‘falling into the book’ containing edible surprises such as Parmesan Playing Cards and Chicken & Leek ‘Pocket Watches’.

Homage to the Walrus and the Carpenter:
Pan-fried Fillet of Halibut with a Green Herb Crust, Lobster and Salmon Tortellini, Bisque Caviar Buttered Sea Vegetables, Confit Black Truffle Potatoes, Orange and Carrot Butter (but not too much pepper!)
