The Tower of London

The Tower of London – which has stood for more than 900 years – is just one of several renowned palaces that benefits from our event catering expertise.
Tower of London, one of the most prominent landmarks in the UK, holds an important place in the history of the British monarchy for not only being the home to the Crown Jewels, but as the holding site for prisoners and for many their execution. Tower Green has seen the execution of three Queens of England, and with such historical prominence, events held at the Tower allow guests access to the grounds, enabling them to fully appreciate and embrace the magnificent setting in which they have been invited.

This opportunity can especially be utilised in the Jewel House where guests can enjoy a private viewing of the Queen’s Crown Jewels after public hours, including the regalia used at the coronation of The Queen in 1953, whilst sipping champagne and taking in the history that surrounds them.

The Martin Tower, former home to the Crown Jewels, and the scene of Colonel Thomas Blood’s almost successful attempt at stealing them, is a wonderful setting in which to host an intimate dinner. Alternatively the White Tower, offers the chance to host a dinner or reception on a larger scale, among the very space early monarchs would have held their receptions and gatherings. The Tower’s oldest medieval building, the White Tower not only received parties, but also prisoners.

Over in the Medieval Palace, Wakefield and St Thomas’s Tower provide an ideal venue for summer evening events with panoramic views of the Tower, Tower Bridge and the River Thames, it is sure to provide your guests with an unforgettable experience.
The Officers’ Mess of the Royal Regiment of Fusiliers founded by James II in 1685 in order to protect the royal guns within the Tower is available to host formal dinners and receptions with a regimental atmosphere.

The most modern space available, New Armouries, is a versatile and functional venue, ideal for dinners, receptions, meetings and presentations. With a light and welcoming atmosphere, the room can be adapted to suit a variety of functions. Originally built as a store for military equipment, the room has a light and welcoming atmosphere and as a relatively blank canvas is adaptable to suit your event.
